OK, so you've got to laugh a bit, I particularly like the laboured 'new' description on the 35 yr old (now not-so-new) corroded bits'

It's NTDWM, it's not a bargain in my opinion, or an Ebay 'Bargin', but I've had a Clan and this was something akin (though wildly different). Hopefully someone here will save it, and put a Hayabusa in it...

To be fair, 8k 35 years ago must have been an absolute fortune!! I agree I think it's a bit of a stretch to associate 'new' with 35 year old parts though...

An injection capri at launch was £7000, I cannot see a plastic kit costing more than that?

I'm sure the bloke who ran Status was called Luff and was ex-Lotus. They did a gorgeous open sports called the Status minipower.
