Another Group Buy Power Commanders.

Another group buy!!!!!!! I can get Power Commanders brand new at last year’s prices
plus 10% off if I order 4 or more. Is anybody interested as I said I would phone back
on Monday with an update on makes and models etc. I was quoted £268.00 -10%
on a ZX12R unit that’s £241.20 + P&P. Also is that a good price for a brand new unit
with manufactures warranty.

I already have one but just thinking aloud, is that for the PC3R or PC3USB? The R is better for ultimate tuning because it allows you to map both fuelling and ignition curve, although the USB is easier to connect to a current laptop rather than the R which has a serial connection (although a £5 USB>Serial adapter off ebay sorts this out).

Don't forget, you can also buy an ignition module (amongst others) for the USB, which simply just plug in. There were also some reliability issues with the early PCIIIRs.

havent they phased out the pc3r? i havent seen any for the newer bikes since the usb came out.

the usb ignition module looks good but is about the same price as the fuel one so looking at £500 in total, which is getting into replacemnt ecu prices.

Hi. I am interested in one for a Blackbird.

Check Ebay. Looks like better prices there from approved dynojet centres.

I can get them cheaper from Holeshot in Leeds. This is on a single unit fitted and dyno time. Although fitting and dyno time is extra but still a better deal.
