I have some 6' lengths of 1" box section I would like to follow the lines of my Jago bodywork. Its just a gentle curve in towards the front but I'm not sure how to bend the tube.

The box section is about 2mm, is it just about getting hold of it and bending it? I have a lamppost at the top of the drive and its about 3" off the wall, will that help?

Or is there an easy way (locost) to bend it??

I've done it but it was a real slow job as it was bend a bit move a mm then repeat, go to much too much too quick and it just folds in, I've got a pipe bender and have mandrels 15mm & 20mm &25mm that you're welcome to borrow and happy to meet half way (Scotch Corner) if tube would do.

Scrub that, I've just tried the 'bender' at the top of the drive and it works a treat. Basically brace the tube against the gate post and bend it round the lamppost
