yes you can but they are total crap.....

this tool is quite interesting... a different take on the usual design.

looks fairly easy to make as well

I have a professional rivnut tool which is great - but you always find somewhere you want to install one where you can't get the pliers in. This tool looks great for those alkward jobs.
