I hope you don't write spell checking software

Do you have your own welder?

I actually spell checked that before posting it as for the software no not spellcheckers (I have been working on an off again on a tokenising structure checker for many years however a lack of time is really stopping that) I work in video processing now i.e. recognition and the like previously I have done automotive and control so I’m reasonably good at it. No welder at the moment however I was hoping to get a bit of experience before buying something that turns out to be inappropriate.

How far do you want to travel Blake? There are lots of college courses but if you just want to blow some holes in metal you can have a go with my welder. Bring some steel or I have some scrap and cover the gas and you'll be o.k.. If you are in Stockport it's about 50 miles from here.

hi there thanks for the offer, I might take you up on it. I was relay looking for a course the only thing that I can find is one in Bolton however living in Stockport and working in Warrington there is no way I could get there in time. so how have you searched for courses? As I cannot find anything closer
