I've Googled this to death found other sufferers but can't find a solution, so I'll try the world's best knowledge base - this
forum!
Win7 & IE9. Problem appeared fairly recently (a few weeks). Graphics that used to work don't anymore, e.g. A Finacial site with an embedded
graph has clicky links to customise the displayed graph. As soon as I mouse over it the graph that part of the screen goes blank, so can't click
on links. Google maps is still ok but Streetview shows a black screen. If I mouse over it little bits appear then disappear as the (invisible) cursor
moves about. I think it may be related to Flashplayer, but I've tried all of the obvious things - reloaded, checked Adobe's trouble
shooting, changed IEs settings, made sure Activex is disabled etc, all to no avail.
Any ideas?
Does it do it with other browsers like firefox?
That would be my first port of call.
Yep its probably IE9, just had to have my website re-scripted.
your graphics driver may have been updated which will cause certain issues occassionally. try rolling back the driver and see after a restart if that
sorts it.
:O)
touch wood.
or some sort of java/flash update arrangement?
