Solidworks 2014 Question

Hi Guys,

I'm getting an annoying window pop up saying..


"Do you want to replace COSMOSXpress_Study From Solidworks SimulationXpress? "

It's always totally out of context when I'm doing something really simple like just opening a file.

Not a show stopper just a PITA

Anyone else seen it?

I do work for Solid Solutions and will be speaking to them on Monday. If no one answers before then, I'll happily ask for you

Not got it infront of me, but I would suggest you go to 'add-ins' and un-tick the cosmos or simulation boxes, that is if they are ticked.

Good suggestion, but I tried that and it made no difference......thx anyway.



Duncan....I'd appreciate that....also if you could ask why I get 2 view setting icons on my screen (you know the drop down with Real view, Shadows, perspective etc.)....only seen this in 2014....again no biggie just a minor nuisance...
