Im a real dumb arse when it comes to remembering things and dates so is there a programme on my PC (windows XP) that i can put things on it, and it will remind me when the dates come up?

Google calendar? its free unlike MS outlook

I'd be lost without Outlook, it also sync's with my PDA.
