...this seems a little like a license to print money for whoever has the disks?

Now, if I had those discs, I'd happily send them back in exchange for £20 large. Of course I may have made a back up copy first, just in case the Govt tried to shaft me.

How many times do you think the Govt would pay out before they realised you could just run off as many copies as you wanted?

As soon as you turn up to exchange the disks for your 20K they will arrest you for fraud, purversion of justice (sp), rape, pillaging, theft, speeding, dangerous driving and possibly even necro...

So basically, a bit of a trap
