just when i really need my lappy...
tuning away merrily,nice warm day,warm car,my lappy went to blue screen of death,i thought it was getting hot so turned it off for a bit.
it re-started after 1/2 hour then stopped again,now it says "primary hard disc drive not found".
i need it working as i have SVA retest soon,any ideas?

Sounds like a shagged hard drive

Not good - you probably need a new hard drive and O/S install

is it for megasquirt ?

tis for megasquirt,unfortunately,like most things in my life,its not that straight forward,the version in my ms is unknown and it took some finding to get the one i have,would really like to get this brought back to life.
