Can anyone confirm that the rear of the front cycle wing needs to be inline or lower than an Imaginary horizontal line through the center of the front wheel? as i can't see it in the sva manuel.

On my SVA he wanted the cycle guard to be the outermost edge of the car ie the tyre must be inside the edge of the guard but didn't seem interested in the position around the wheel.
To be effective in stopping the dirt hitting you in the face you need the guard to be as low at the rear of the wheel as possible but remember if you even drive off a curb you need the the guard to be high enough not to hit the curb as the wheel drops.
