Any reason why 'not' to fit them before IVA as long
as the edges are covered?

Also could some one point me to some suitable edge covering stuff?

Assuming the mat'l is only a couple of mm thick the edges would only need blunting not edge trimming I would have though.

Realy tough stuff n shiney too - 0.75mm
got an edge like a knife so not sure about blunting..
just looking for some peel rivets now
