Can anybody identify the wheels shown on Wheel Arch Wing Caterham Westfield Locost Dax Kit Car ?

I think they're from Team Dynamics (through Rimstock in the UK), but no longer manufactured. Does anyone know the model name? Wouldn't mid getting my hands on a set from somewhere....
