I'm a bonnet louvers too... they just look brill

Car Builders Solutions do louvres.

I'd get them stamped in properly, it's very rare to find a set of rivet in ones that look good.

I had to cut the initial slot with a jigsaw as I could not be bothered to make the tool accurate with cutting blades, just offer up and wallop with a hammer.
