I see potential problems here. There might be unintentional damage to possibly valuable, money-earning jigs, in the course of hiring or loaning them out. This would entail the owner (a) having to spend time and money getting financial compensation for that damage, and (b) having to spend even more time, and probably money as well, correcting the damage and restoring the jigs to acceptable working condition.

With hiring out, at least there would be the equivalent of "collision damage waiver" insurance, which every hirer would have to pay as one of the conditions. Just to cover the expenses referred to above. But, you never know, someone might be brave enough to take up your suggestion!!

The book jigs are not all that good as you can't weld the other side without having to unclamp it, I made mine from 25x25 box section with 20x20 clamping bars. You lay the assembled parts in the jig on a flat surface and use 2-3 G clamps in the bush tubes, weld every thing together then turn it over without having to unclamp everything and carry on.
