A friend and neighbours black metallic VW car has been speckled with some pre mixed concrete that another neighbour had delivered

He's spotted it late and its now dried

It's about the same size droplets as overspray


Any thoughts on how to remove it ? Its past the wash off with a hosepipe stage I'm afraid as it won't touch it

Alloy wheel cleaner (phosphoric acid) should break down the concrete, might take a few applications to get it all off.

Don't try to scrape/brush/agitate it, it will just mark the paint and make things harder to rectify, just apply, wait and rinse with a low pressure spray.
