No no no not a question about the little odd head shaped alien

Wheel off sets......

I have ET 38 on the wheels however the rears just stick out past the arches, so can someone explain what offset would make more of the wheel fit under the arch

A higher offset should fit more of the wheel/tyre under the arch but that's quite a high offset, maybe worth looking into wider rear arches?

The rear arches are the widest luego supplied with my kit.

car is finished and s.v.a d but cant get it on my narrow trailer as problem described.

Have you set the camber on your rear wheels yet. Maybe they're way off and have too much positive camber. Just a thought......

let's say they stick out by X mm.

the ET you need is 38 + X.

e.g. X is 12 mm, so you want ET 50.

Remember that the offset will be relative to the width of the rim, just incase you're buying some alloys of a different width to those currently fitted..
