Supplier for M10 10.9 Grade Button Head Bolts?
Duncan_P - 25/9/07 at 01:55 PM

Hi All

I'm after some M10 button head bolts for my roll bar. Now I really want either 10.9 or even better 12.9 button heads.

Now i know that i can get 10.9's from Namrick but the P&P for 8 bolts from them makes them a little expensive. So does anyone know anyone else that will supplier that will make mail ordering them a little cheaper?

Cheers

Have you rung namrick? IIRC they have default postage on their website but if you ring them up you can ask them to send them by a cheaper method..

Ring around the yellow pages for local supplier, there must be one close to you?

Give Capital Supplies a call 020 8665 5520.
I might be down in Bognor this week so give them a call as I can pick them up for you.

Most industrial areas will have a fasteners supplier. As above, check the phone book for someone local. I would be reluctant to buy without checking the packaging; there are an awful lot of counterfeit high grade bolts out there (though Namrick is clearly an established and respected supplier!).

Thanks for the replies everyone, obviously a slow day at work for most people

Cant fault Namrick but got stung last time on P&P thus thinking of trying somewhere else.

RE: Ebay ones, yes i have looked at those but most of the suppliers either dont know or havnt come back to me on the exact bolt specs.

Nitram thanks for the offer, i'll do some ringing around and see what i can turn up but i might get back to you.

Cheers All

All the ones on ebay seem to be stainless so not 10.9 grade.

I think namrick may be persuadable to put in a jiffy bay. If not there are some on here who live close (not me sadly or I'd help out).

AHC. Website only shows boxes of 50 or so depending on what size, but if you call them they'll do any quantity
