mine was both, imperial for bush ends of suspension and few other places but mostly metric

Yep,
You'll get both for use in different areas of the build.

thank for reply.
It is not a bad news for a frenchy, I 'll must buy news tools before start building

There are a lot of metric equivalents for imperial sizes
e.g.

3/4" = 19mm
1/2" = 13mm
etc

so you may not have to buy too many....

ok,
I'll see this when i build.

I change post title because I have others questions about Vortx:

Can you think build a BEC in LHD configuration is possible ?
I think of clearance of exhaust system with steering column.

RickRick - 26/8/11 at 02:15 PM

I'm sure MNR have done a few LHD cars, adding extra joints to the steering columb to get around the engine/exhaust. i'd not buy any imperial tools upfront, i have a feeling there's only 3 imperial sizes off the top of my head, and 18 and 19 fit the suspension bolts quite well.

Ok, so imperial bolts is not a problem, thank all for reply.

Another question: Someone know if prices for starter kit, modules and parts are updated on MNR web pages ?

You are best contacting mnr for pricing. They will tailor a package to your needs and quote accordingly. Very helpful guys.

Hi.

I've built 2 MNR LHD by now (crashed first, so total rebuild inc. chassis, fibres, plumbing, etc...).
It's just a couple of imperial bits, hardly any need for new tools.

MNR are top guys. Just be VERY VERY careful when receiving fragile goods - don't let the courier leave without actually taking a good look (guess how I had to buy a 3rd bodywork / tub).

For a Se7en, I'd be building an MNR again.

Regards from Portugal,
Joao
