I stalled mine 4 times just trying to drive it into the MOT bay when I first brought mine! You soon get the hang of not fully stoping at the lights where possible, or just leaving every junction at mach 1.

Congratulations. About the clutch, move the cable as close to the pivot point of the pedal as it will go. It makes the pedal travel longer so you can pull away easier.

I stalled 100 times getting my car out of the garage the first time (garage opens square onto a 3m wide alley with a solid posted fence opposite). Since changing the pedal it's almost docile.

Well done!
Have you got any pics of the car to show us?

You could lengthen the clutch arm, it extends the bite point. Can also move the pedal attachment point of the clutch cable nearer to the pivot of the pedal, same effect. Or do both.

Where'd you get the orange Samco hoses and how long did you have to wait?

Cheers
