Hi all

I have implemented a new verification system which should hopefully fix two problems

1. Users are now required to complete an automated phone verification service when signing up

2. Users on AOL who previously couldn't recieve their passwords (as the AOL systems thought they were spam) can now verify using the above system.

Hopefully this should put an end to the trolling problem, or at least provide a way of identifying the offender.
