Lead times are normally 2-3 weeks depending on material and tooling requirements.

Tapped spacers from £1.50 each
Blanking plugs for throttle bodies from £10 set

Anything with bizarre threads or hole sizes isn't normally a problem and I can usually source something to suit. But give me a shout and I'll see what I can do.
