The second problem is that when I follow this instruction:

All sensors should react to the corresponding pots on the stimulator. Before doing anything else, go to 'Tools/Calibrate AFR table' and select your sensor.

I come unstuck because I am not offered a Calibrate AFR table. The MAP sensor seems to be working though, any ideas?
