I'm constantly seeing threads about one or the other of these two systems and haven't a clue what my needs are going to be best served by. I am gathering the odds and sods etc. as before I start the build of my XT. I have a brand new 2 litre pinto to which I will initially fit a twin choke downdraft Weber and then probably change to twin carbs. Which of the two systems would serve me best and if so why? Anyone able to help?

Megasquirt is for fuel injection and megajolt is for ignition only with carbs.
Megasquirt and spark is for injection and ignition.

I your going for carbs then megajolt is the one for you as you wont need injection.

BUT... Going Megasquirt 'n spark would run the ignition for now and would cover you if you decided to go with ITBs or bike throttle bodies.
