Where could i get a rubber boot to cover all the wires that go into the ecu Or do i needone for the iva?

& re "do I need one for IVA" depends entirely on the tester on the day some can be very picky others much more laid back

Guess i need one then about 70 wires coming out some of them cut not needed etc
