not alot of power in the battery.....
26ah may work ok....
also you will need to seal the terminals incase of water leak.
What size was fitted originally ?
I run a 17ah yuasa non cyclic gel on my blade powered car even though this is not the intended application it works well.
The problem with this type of battery is the CCA is not that high.
Eta check the physical size as it's not far off a car battery.
However I can't see any reason why it wont run a jetski engine especially considering a lot of the engines were derived from bike engines in the
first place.
Watch out for poor connections due to the screw in connections.

For what engine?
The amp-hours are not as critical as the peak startup current. The reason is that once the engine is running you should only be charging the battery.
If you have unreliable starting then that is another issue.
Motorcycle batteries are tiny (i.e. 5kg and 12Ah) but have enough current for that purpose.
MDS do loads of batteries, perhaps easier to buy one that is designed for starting a vehicle.
edited to say. Sorry jet ski is a vehicle, but I don't know what cranking current they need.

It probably will work bu the posts aren't designed for heavy duty cables/eyes and could break off on a jetski with the vibration and pounding the
hull gets.
You have not mentioned what jetski its for. Engine size could be anything from 440 to 1500
