buy a powervamp one. They're the importers for odyssey and just put their own stickers on then charge less for them.

I bought a new Odysey battery and kept it on a conditioner - it hasn't been used yet and i've just found out that one cell is defective.

I've had it for about a year and a half.

I think the condiioner is working ok - so any ideas as to what kills these batteries would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Gavin

yep putting them on a conditioner. gel batteries are better just left sitting there i left a fully charged optima yellow top in my shed for two years got it out the other day without doing anything to it and it started my car without an ounce of bother.

Thats interesting....

When they do need a charge, what type of charger do you use?

Thanks
