just sorting the new sierra loom on our Tiger GTA, All the column wiring is done but just need to check, with the ignition key in position 1 i can switch on rear lights but have no brake lights, as soon as the key goes to position 2 then i have brake lights, does this sound right?

The 1st key switch is accessories
The 2nd key switch is ignition so brake lights should work on 2.
Would of thought lights work all the time. Mine does on a premier loom
