I am wiring up my switches, and I came to the realization that they need a + going in and a + coming out to go to the accessory. Am I right in that assumption that my pre-fab wire harness which has a wire marked "to wiper switch" goes to the wiper switch then coming out of the switch the wire goes to the wiper motor...

more or less right,you need a permanant (from ignition) live to the motor as well to make it park
