Speedo magnets, dimple too prop or pickup ?

And ref fitting the magnets, ive lost a few. ETB recommended drilling a shallow hole just larger than the magnet for it to sit into. I also added some adhesive over the top to try and hold it in better.

Std araldite didnt last. JB weld wasnt much better. Last try (and i got the hole advice afterwards) was jB weld followed by sikeflex over the top. Has lasted the longest so far. Each time steel was cleaned to bright metal but not too smooth.

Mine are attached the the prop flange and not to the shaft itself.
