OK I really need to get an answer to this now.....
I have the Nippon Denso alternator with 2 spade terminals and a lug for the main battery connection.
however my tiger loom has 2 wires. 1 thick one to the batt and a thin one that goes to ign live via the warning light.
I found this diagram through some hunting:
DO I take it that I need to run another ignition switched live wire to the alternator?
the tiger wiring diagram is here: link
cheers
Dave,
Have you asked on the main Tiger forum?
I'm sure several owners have fitted it to their Tigers (because of the clearance issues with the Lucas alternator.)
I've done a search, but only posts I found were relating to where to acquire a Denso alternator - nothing on specifically wiring it up.
Like I said, its worth asking...
Andy.
