Hi
Does this qualify as a club for insurance purposes? If not is there a Locost club?
Depends on the definition of the term "Club".
We pay a 'Contribution' (most of us) so in loose terms it could be a 'gathering of like minded enthusiasts, "Club"ing
together'.
Clubs are not like businesses or charities, so there is no recognised affiliation or registration process, so in theory if there is more than two of
you, then its difficult to attack.
In legal terms, probably not, because there is no benefit other than exclusive access to the for sale section. The key word here is
"Contribution" not "Subscription". IMO.
I would say it counts, what car have you got?
I printed out my membership profile page and that was good enough for Together a couple of years ago.
Cheers
Rich
