I am fitting some volvo 240 turbo brakes to my chevette and have a little problem. 13" wheels don't fit over the new vented disks and calipers.

I just wanted to know what the likely offset would be on FWD cars and/or the chevette? Plus has anyone found a website where I can find offset and pcd's for both modern and classic cars?

I have a list here of some cars which have the same 4x100pcd but am unsure which ones would be 15" or 14". Plus what would look OK on this car. I am looking at "locost" and as much as possible "the wolf in sheeps clothing" so steel rims would be OK. I prefer 14" wheels but am intrigued how a chevette would look on 15" wheels too.

Thanks in advance chaps

If you're serious about banded steels then U2U me for the details of a guy who can do them for a much lower price (£50 a wheel for 15s, less for smaller diameter), better quality and quicker turnaround.

Ones I had done:

The guy who did them is an absolute perfectionist, he's been doing them for the stock cars since the 70s apparently! It was almost a shame to put them on the car... but they did look good!

Anyways, slightly off topic here sorry!

Many years ago, my mate fitted 14'' steels from an E30 BMW to his Chevette.
Like these
Looked very cool

Edited to add this that might help too!
