wifes 2007 civic has been repaired after an accident, very poorly imo and after 2 goes i said enough is enough phoned insurance and they are sending
"hoopers" to come and check it.
just wondering if anybody knows what they are like to deal with cheers
i had this after someone ran into my 2 year old car, i wouldnt sign for it untill it was 100% perfect..
i wouldnt of bought it after it had been in a accident so would should i keep it with a poor repair.
i paid a local approved body shop manager to write a report out of hours giving his oppinion.

I had similar when my car was repaired. After 2 attempts I wasn't happy with the results from the insurers approved bodyshop.
They had it inspected by a third party can't remember who. They agree with me, took a couple of weeks for insurance company to agree then I
booked it in with a local bodyshop who fixed it at the expense of the first bodyshop.
cheers guys car was hit hard from behind and they haven't even replaced the hatch and wonder why nothing on the back lines up. its so bad honda won't take it as a trade in .
