Anyone know whether Audi sales people are earning more than volkswagen ones at the moment.I know its depends on areas and sales ability but need to know roughly speaking.

All I know about Audi sales staff, is that all the ones I have spoken to are stuck up, unhelpful, tw@ts.
So probably on far too much money. Which is probably what you wanted to hear.

I would think a VW dealer would shift more cars and therefore make more comission, though my experiences with VW are simillar to the aboves with Audi (I don't think I've ever been to an Audi dealer).
