Guy comes up to us filling up in a Shell garage... has a good look over my car and says to me that is really cool wishes he had one.

I clocked what car he had got out of.....a AMG merc limited edition ! So I replied that I thought
his car was nice.....he came straight back with the words its good but it aint a real drivers car like the sevens

He said that our cars sounded like real race cars....Mac has a straight thru can that makes my ears bleed when it opens up.

I thought that was a very kind thing to say considering what he was driving....Like and old lady said its not what you have thats important...its what you do with it

Funny I had a chat with a guy in a Ferrari 328GTS at a shell station this week. I commented on what immaculate condition it was in for its age.

He said most people think that Ferrari drivers are pricks and how good it was to speak to someone sensible!
