Say i may be considering an mx5, 1.8 mk2. Has anyone had any experiance of the turbo route with one of these cars? how much are you looking at to have a system installed? im asuming there are companys that can do it far better than me,

Not sure if you mean for an MX5 or an MX5 based kit but on their website somewhere they have a turbo diary of an MX5 and a link to a turbo diary in a westie. Very interesting reads both.

I'm hoping to go the MX5 turbo'd donor myself - probably build a kit, IVA, run for a bit and then turbo following winter.

Im told that the 1600 is the one to have and it takes a supercharger no bother...My mate Dave has one in his motor....
