Clio II Bodykit To Carbon mod it or not
l0rd - 5/9/10 at 01:22 PM

I have just bought the original manufacturer's body kit. It consists of sideskirts, front and rear lip.

Now, this came to a gloss black colour but the manual suggests that you need to paint it. I was looking to keep it black so it has some contrast with the rest of the car.

My question though. As the rest of the plastics on the car are mat black-greyish, should i buy some carbon vinyl and have everything covered or not?

All advice is welcomed

would it be possible to remove the bump stops, smooth them down and spray them gloss black

if it the vinyl carbon look stuff then why not, ok so you will have to pay but if you dont like it 2 months later you can spend an afternoon with the hair dryer and remove it

Leave it as is. Why make it look like carbon when it isn't?
