It could be an Atom7, the picture was taken in the USA about 5/6 years ago.

If you look at the screen a Union Jack is visable so it may have a UK owner living in the USA.

But hell, I thought it looked different...

I think that was in one of the magazines last year.

I Believe that was built by Ted Aston and featured in Complete Kit car in july last year. I can't find the issue but It's in the 2011 guide aswell with a note saying when it was. The original article had loads of cars he'd built.

Dug out the magazine and it's deffinitly the car I thought it was. Weighs in at around 800Kg and sports a Chevy 350 V8. he's also got a smaller one based on a T.
