Does anyone in the Durham area have the ability to read Vag Com faults etc? or want to sell the kit?

If i was to do it myself do i just need a cable off ebay and some software?

Main job is to find out why the ABS light comes on (Audi A3 1.8T 1999). Also need to reset airbag light after changing a seat belt.

buy a cable off ebay you normally get Vag com with it my lead does require a serial port or usb to serial adapter

If you've got rac or aa you car might develop a fault or even run out of fuel on the drive and you could ask the aa man??
