Tyre Speed Ratings

Does anyone know of an internet database for tyre speed ratings? I'm trying to replace the tyres on my girlfriend's car and it has two different ratings on the car at the moment and would prefer to have the correct and legal ones put on there!

It is a 52 plate 1.4 8v Fabia with 185/60 R14 tyres if that helps.

Cheers
Andy

It will be in the handbook if you have it

Any new tyre on the market is likely to have a high enough speed and load rating for this vehicle

Just got to http://www.blackcircles.com/order and it will list suitable tyres.

IIRC, Speed rating T. Load index 82.

Cheers gents.

The car seems to be missing the handbook however - Black circles seems to confirm T.

If you are replacing all of the tyres check the cost of some of the higher speed rated tyres, they are sometimes cheaper than the lower speed rated. ie V rated are often cheaper than H rated
