Identify the Chassis...

This chassis is being sold by Mr Healey over on Uphill Racers... looks quite interesting - can anyone on here help with identifying its origins?

Scootz can definitely, positively identify that for you.

The next load of rusting old tat to grace your driveway???

It looks very short whatever it is!

Possibly Silverstone Spyder? In which case where are the rest of the bits?

Isn't that chassis for a mid engine? Seems a very short engine bay for a 7 lookalike.

I was also following this ebay linky which has been up a couple of time.
Anyone any ideas what this one is?

Wouldn't have thought it was a mid-engined chassis as the rear looks like it's set-up for a live-axle and there's nowhere to squeeze an engine in front of one.

I'm guessing it's probably some kind of 'special'.

I'm not convinced it's finished either as I can't see any tubes in the cockpit-area to make suitable footwells out of.

I can see where you're coming from, but it's not a Spyder chassis.
