Rolling Rd reccomendations, Sth Yorks/Notts/Derbys??
Nickp - 1/11/13 at 04:24 PM

I've just finished rebuilding my mates Westfields Fiat Twin Cam. It's got R1 bike carbs that need checking / setting up. I'm after a RR that can do these but also re-jet the Weber DCNFs and map Megajolt on my Monte once that's done also. These are back to back builds and it'd be nice to have a direct comparison on the same rollers. I'm near Barnsley and he's near Mansfield so ideally somewhere between the two. Any ideas guys?

Daytuner near Harrogate, would be my first port of call.

Autotronix at Dinnington did mine, found 10bhp and it now idles like a clock. All for around £90
From what they told me, they set BEC's up for IVA. Linky
Only down side is that you can't stay with the car

Russ at Torque tune or use in Ollerton. He specialises in Bike carb set ups...Managed to tweak 130bhp at the rear wheels on my old 2.0l pinto....

Nuther vote for daytuner - knows his stuff.

I used Watsons at Wakey years back, did a good job at setting up my webers but not sure if they still run rollers.

Thanks guys, I'll speak to them all then make a decision
I'd also like one that reads nice and high to flatter my engine building skills
