As you both say amazing that alonso escaped uninjured. Looking at the state of the car unbelievable. Also brought an interesting debate about the 'halo' device as in would it have hindered alonso's escape. Not especially critical in this instance but what if the car was on fire?

Bit of a monumental cock up on Ferrari's part with tyre strategy. On the whole an entertaining first race. Loved the petulance from verstappen
