The mount on my camera dropped to bits on Friday morning started looking for a new one and was about to call at Maplins to pick up a fresh one when I remembered that my daughter had problems with hers which they sorted quickly. Mid afternoon went on their web site and mentioned problem and the reaction was a breath of fresh bait resulting in a new mount arriving Saturday morning post. No connection with the firm in any way but they obviously are working hard at keeping customers happy so I thought I would mention it as we hear so much about firms who don’t support their products

Have an Arcadia fresh water stretch led light in my fish tank
Out of warranty, bought off eBay, the transformer packed up, I emailed to find out where to get one, they asked me for model and my address and sent me one
I now recommend them for anyone looking for aquarium lighting!!
