Mate of mine competed in a race meeting in his self built car for the first time this weekend.

Car is "book" based, but with IRS, +100 long, + 100 wide (in the cockpit) and the rear section of body work made 75 mm higher above the wheelarch to retain some proportion.

Car is also road registered, 16 valve Toyota motor. 7 and 8 J wheels with 205 and 225 tyres.
