Can someone tell me the correct track setting for my Stuart Taylor? currently running .5 degree toe in but hanling is a little twichy especialy on a bumpy road.

I would just wind the track rods 1/2 a turn at a time until it feels right, worked for me.

I seem to recall Ian @ STM used to recommend 1-2 degrees toe-in.

Check rear toe, you should have a small amount of toe-in there too. Having .5 deg toe in at the front sounds fine to me, plenty of people like to run toe-out at the front without excessive twitchyness.

my car is live axle so rear prety much fixed .

Bump steer?, Caster (or castor depending in your persuasion)?
Both are things to look at, adjust and get completely wrong.
Camber too.
