Insurance guy username?

Hi All,

Does anyone know the username of the insurance guy on the forum?

I'm currently unable to drive due to a head injury and epilepsy. One of my main concerns is when I get a license back I'll have no no claims to my name and end up paying dearly for insurance. I'd like to have a chat with the insurance guy to understand if there are any solutions to this.
