Hi guys,

Hoping someone can help, my rear view mirror has a part inside that allows it to swivel around but it's made of plastic and lasted not very long before splitting.
Does anyone know where I can get something like this made of metal?

It has the ball on one end and a female m6 I think on the other.

Tailgate gas ram perhaps or something similar

what size is the ball? I have some throttle linkage parts, which have abour a 6-8 mm ball

It needs a 10mm ball, I've taken a photo which I'll post in a second

Something like this?

Steel gas strut pivot 10mm ball m6 stud/pin/bolt/foot x2
There's plenty of similar ball studs in the other viewed bit as well.
