I need to get a boss for a lambda sensor welded onto my stainless exhaust. I have the boss (also stainless) and just need it fitted. Would the average exhaust place do this or do they usually only deal with mild steel? Is there anyone local on here who would do it for beer tokens?

would just be a normal Tig / argon jobbie..

in fact you even donīt need to add material because it will flow away from the nut...

If you have a problem getting it TIG welded it can be brazed without any difficulty and this is a job anyone with oxy acetylene would do for you.

I did mine this way 8 years ago and it is still ther!!
